 Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Prepare food from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
  • Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices
  • Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment
  • Portion all the products, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great
  • Keep it clean! Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards

 You need to be:

Someone who loves to cook! You consistently have an eye for the important details. Being able to work in a fast paced environment is vital, and if you have prior experience to prove it, that’s even better. Speaking and understanding English is a must, and so is being comfortable standing for long periods of time.  You’ll need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a great attitude and the flexibility in your schedule to work weekends and some holidays.
